ARE THE APARTMENT RATES PER PERSON?
NO, they’re not. The rates are for the whole apartment rental and are per night. The are no supplements for extra guests.
DOES THE APARTMENT RENTING RATE INCLUDE BREAKFAST?
No, it doesn’t. But there are several bars and supermarkets nearby the apartment where you can have breakfast.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes, they are. We can accept small size pets. Please inform us as soon as you can if you are travelling with animals.
WHAT IF OUR PLANE/TRAIN IS DELAYED OR ARRIVES LATE AT NIGHT?
Check-in service is guaranteed from 02.00 pm to 08.00 pm (late check-in on request).
HOW DO WE GET OUR APARTMENT KEYS?
After making a reservation for Dogi Suites you will receive a booking voucher from our reservation department together with the phone number for the person who will take care of your arrival in Venice. We kindly ask you to contact this person in advance and you will be given the best suggestions to reach the apartment as easy as possible. This service is provided free of charge until 8pm local Venice time. After this time you can get your keys at the Antony Hotel which is located in Mestre – via Orlanda, 182 (the main street from Venice to the airport) which is open 24/7. In this case you will have to reach Dogi Suites by yourself.
HOW DO I REACH THE APARTMENT?
The Sogedin Hotels staff will provide you with all the information about the apartment and will suggest you the best way to get there. They will also reserve your private transfer or sell you public transportation passes.
WHAT IF I TRAVEL BY CAR?
You can reserve a free car parking space at the Antony Hotel and take advantage of the hotel shuttle service with the following timetable:
Antony Hotel – Venice 9.00 – 10.35 – 11.50 – 12.50 – 16.40 – 18.15 – 19.50 – 21.25
Venice – Antony Hotel 9.20 – 10.45 – 12.00 – 13.00 – 17.00 – 18.40 – 20.10 – 21.45
IS THERE A RECEPTION SERVICE?
There is not a reception service but you can call Antony Hotel 24/7 at +39 041 5420022 . For any other need the assistance service is available from 9am until 6pm at +39 041 5962333
WHAT IF I’M TRAVELLING WITH BABIES?
Each apartment is equipped with a safety stairs gate for children, nevertheless we kindly ask you to inform us in advance about the presence of babies.
IS THE KITCHEN FULLY-EQUIPPED?
All of the kitchens in our apartments are fully equipped with silverware, pots, dishes, glasses, cups, toaster, microwave and everything else you might need during your stay.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY OWN LINENS AND TOWELS?
No, you don’t. The apartment is equipped with linens, blankets and towels according to the number of guests. What if I need anything during my stay? Please contact our headquarter by phone at 0039 041 5962333 and our staff will do their best to satisfy your requests.
WHAT IF I WANTED TO BOOK SOME EXCURSIONS, RESTAURANTS OR A BABY-SITTER?
